萬人聯誼餐會報銷費用事宜
1、9月30會議決議請各單位至少派二名工讀生至餐會報到處，迎接校友回系所院。每桌補助費用200元，以此類推。
2、工讀生部份請自行下載表格簽到。
3、申請方式，以會計系統統一申請，請系所院承辦人致電校友聯絡中心告知撥入員工編號以撥款入帳。(並會辦校友聯絡中心)
INTRODUCTION
In 2001, a totally new alumni liaison group was established under the Research and Development Center. The objective of this group is to provide a bridge between the alumni and NTUT. Under the supervision of the group leader, Professor Chung-King Hsu, the alumni liaison group has integrated the resources in NTUT to establish an interactive environment to serve the graduated alumni, and to enhance the growth of NTUT based on the assistance from outstanding alumni.
In 2005, the president of NTUT, Dr. Tsu-Tian Lee has promoted the alumni liaison group to the Alumni Liaison Center in order to input more resource for the alumni affairs. Under the Alumni Liaison Center, two new groups, including alumni service group, and foundation development section have been established.
