賀 拓凱董座沈文振獲北科大名譽博士!!
沈文振先生民國三十七年十一月三日生於臺灣省雲林縣，為本校前身臺灣省立臺北工業專科學校二年制化學工程科五十八年畢業之傑出校友。先生早年任職光男企業，因工作認真且兼具專業與熱情，不數年即由業務基層升任為副總經理。先生勇於接受磨鍊與挑戰，三十二歲時創辦拓凱實業股份有限公司並擔任董事長暨總經理，領導全球尖端複合材料之開發與應用。
先生以「創新材料科技運用，提升健康、休閒、幸福生活，促進社會與環境和諧」做為集團永續經營之使命，憑藉堅強且不斷創新的技術實力，將碳纖維複合材料成功應用於球拍、安全帽、自行車、航太及醫療用品等，市占率均為全球翹楚。先生經營企業勤奮踏實，於民國七十九年榮獲全國青年創業總會頒發第十三屆創業楷模獎，成績斐然，實為產業典範。
先生事業有成之餘，長期投身社會公益，擔任慈濟基金會榮譽董事，並於民國九十九年成立「拓凱教育基金會」，推動企業社會責任教育、媒體素養教育及青少年全人教育。並致力推動「企業員工即股東、股東即志工」，以促進「社會祥和、全民共好」的多贏作法，更受人推崇。
Mr. Shen Wen Chen was born on November 3rd, 1948 in Yunlin County, Taiwan. Mr. Shen is the Chairman and C.E.O. of Topkey Group and is also an outstanding alumnus graduating from the Department of Chemical Engineering at National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech), previously known as Provincial Taipei Institute of Technology in 1969. At age 32, Mr. Shen established the well-known carbon fiber composite company, Topkey.
Mr. Shen, a creative chemical engineer, utilized his chemical knowledge to break new ground in lightweight manufacturing. His company is now the major provider of carbon fiber composite materials for lighter, robust, and outstanding strength vital products in Sporting Goods such as Tennis, Helmet, Cycling, Medical and aerospace industries.
Mr. Shen, an insightful entrepreneurial leader, shows his elegant deeds in fostering young talents by establishing several talent fostering programs with his alma mater. Besides, Mr. Shen also serves on the board of trustee in university supported venture funding company, Taipei Tech Angel Fund, in which he often shares his entrepreneurial experiences with young engineers.
Mr. Shen not only greatly contributes to technology advancement, but also dedicates to looking after those who are in need, so he serves as an important committee member of philanthropy organization, Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation. In 2010, he founded Topkey Foundation, and the main goal of it is to establish a social responsible holistic education program for teens. In order to achieve the goal of social harmony, he is committed to promoting the idea, "The employees are the shareholders, and the shareholders are the volunteers!"
